If you want to work with graphics, Photoshop is the program you will most need to learn. This hands on, project-oriented course is filled with detailed step-by-step instructions you'll have no trouble following as you learn how to edit photos, create basic paintings, and prepare your images for printing. Want to know more about how to get the most from your camera and how it works? This is your course. Bring your new or old camera and we can get you up and shooting quickly. This course also touches on photographic techniques to help you get better shots in different situations. You will need a digital camera; any kind will do from the one in your cell phone to a new megapixel marvel.

Photography in the Digital Age
If the time has come to move from snap shots to photographs, if you wish to make the picture rather than just take the picture; then this course is for you. This class is an introduction to professional image making methods and techniques. We will concentrate on the finer points of controlling light, composition, camera operations and postproduction processing and editing. This offering is very much an exploration of the science in the art and the art in the science. You will need a digital camera that will allow you to operate it in full manual settings (except focus). We will touch on still life, landscape, and portrait photography.
